GOLONGAN OBAT

Obat yang digunakan pada terapi dapat dibagi dalam 3 golongan besar sbb:

1. Obat Farmakodinamis, bekerja terhadap tuan rumah dengan cara mempercepat atau memperlambat proses fisiologi atau fungsi biokimia dalam tubuh, misalnya hormon, diuretika, hipnotika, dan obat otonom
2. Obat Kemoterapeutis, bekerja dengan cara membunuh parasit dan kuman di dalam tubuh tuan rumah. Hendaknya obat ini memiliki kegiatan farmakodinamika yang sekecil-kecilnya terhadap organisme tuan rumah berkhasiat membunuh sebanyak-banyaknya parasit dan mikroorganisme.
3. Obat Diagnostik, merupakan obat pembantu untuk melakukan diagnosa, misalnya untuk mengenal penyakit pada tubuh manusia.

Ecuador Sees Oil Extraction Deals InJuly Or August

SANTA CRUZ, Bolivia -(Dow Jones)- Ecuador expects to wrap up deals for oil extraction at four mature oil fields in two or thee months, an adviser to Ecuador's nonrenewable resources ministry told Dow Jones Newswires Friday.
The contracts should be signed in July or August, said Miguel Naranjo, who is a member of Ecuador's contract negotiating committee, on the sidelines of an oil and gas conference in Santa Cruz.
At the end of March, Ecuador's state oil company Petroecuador said it had received 11 offers from nine firms for contracts to improve and recover production at mature oil fields.
According to the nonrenewable resources ministry, Halliburton Co. (HAL), Switzerland-based Weatherford International Ltd. (WFT), Baker Hughes Inc. (BHI), Russia's Bakrie Kalila, Schlumberger Ltd. (SLB) and China Petrochemical Corp ( Sinopec Group) were among the companies that submitted offers. Petroecuador expects to receive investment of about $1.5 billion.
Last year Petroecuador called on private companies interested in service contracts to boost production at Shushufindi, Libertador, Auca, Lago Agrio and Cuyabeno, which currently produce an average of 150,000 barrels of oil a day, about 30% of Ecuador's national output.
Lago Agrio received no offer.
In January, Ecuador's government concluded almost three years of negotiations aimed at gaining more control over its natural resources and increasing its oil revenue by replacing production-sharing deals with services contracts.
The services contracts turn the companies into service providers for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons. Companies will receive a fee rather than sharing profits.
The new contracts will involve the companies receiving a flat fee of $32 per barrel, regardless of fluctuations of international prices, Naranjo said. The price paid will only change based in inflation, he added.

Here The Jonas Brothers ...

The Jonas Brothers are an American boy band.^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8] The band gained its popularity from the Disney Channel children's television network. From the shore region of New Jersey, the band consists of three brothers: Paul Kevin Jonas II (Kevin Jonas), Joseph Adam Jonas (Joe Jonas), and Nicholas Jerry Jonas (Nick Jonas). In the summer of 2008, they starred in the Disney Channel Original Movies Camp Rock and its sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. The band has released four albums: It's About Time, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer, and Lines, Vines and Trying Times. In 2008, the group was nominated for the Best New Artist award at the 51st Grammy Awards and won the award for Breakthrough Artist at the American Music Awards. As of May 2009, before the release of Lines, Vines and Trying Times, they have sold over eight million albums worldwide.^[9]

Punk bukanlah gelandangan !!!

Punk merupakan sub-budaya yang lahir di London, Inggris. Pada awalnya, kelompok punk selalu dikacaukan oleh golongan skinhead. Namun, sejak tahun 1980-an, saat punk merajalela di Amerika, golongan punk dan skinhead seolah-olah menyatu, karena mempunyai semangat yang sama. Namun, Punk juga dapat berarti jenis musik atau genre yang lahir di awal tahun 1970-an. Punk juga bisa berarti ideologi hidup yang mencakup aspek sosial dan politik.

Gerakan anak muda yang diawali oleh anak-anak kelas pekerja ini dengan segera merambah Amerika yang mengalami masalah ekonomi dan keuangan yang dipicu oleh kemerosotan moral oleh para tokoh politik yang memicu tingkat pengangguran dan kriminalitas yang tinggi. Punk berusaha menyindir para penguasa dengan caranya sendiri, melalui lagu-lagu dengan musik dan lirik yang sederhana namun kadang-kadang kasar, beat yang cepat dan menghentak.
Banyak yang menyalahartikan punk sebagai glue sniffer dan perusuh karena di Inggris pernah terjadi wabah penggunaan lem berbau tajam untuk mengganti bir yang tak terbeli oleh mereka. Banyak pula yang merusak citra punk karena banyak dari mereka yang berkeliaran di jalanan dan melakukan berbagai tindak kriminal.

Punk lebih terkenal dari hal fashion yang dikenakan dan tingkah laku yang mereka perlihatkan, seperti potongan rambut mohawk ala suku indian, atau dipotong ala feathercut dan diwarnai dengan warna-warna yang terang, sepatu boots, rantai dan spike, jaket kulit, celana jeans ketat dan baju yang lusuh, anti kemapanan, anti sosial, kaum perusuh dan kriminal dari kelas rendah, pemabuk berbahaya sehingga banyak yang mengira bahwa orang yang berpenampilan seperti itu sudah layak untuk disebut sebagai punker.

Punk juga merupakan sebuah gerakan perlawanan anak muda yang berlandaskan dari keyakinan we can do it ourselves. Penilaian punk dalam melihat suatu masalah dapat dilihat melalui lirik-lirik lagunya yang bercerita tentang masalah politik, lingkungan hidup, ekonomi, ideologi, sosial dan bahkan masalah agama.

Blink-182 is an American pop punk band consisting of vocalist and bass guitarist Mark Hoppus, vocalist and guitarist Tom DeLonge, and drummer Travis Barker. They have sold over 25 million albums worldwide since forming in Poway, California in 1992. With original drummer Scott Raynor they released their debut album Cheshire Cat in 1994 and achieved moderate success with its follow-up, 1997's Dude Ranch, which went on to sell over one million copies. Raynor was replaced by Barker midway through a 1998 tour.
The band achieved greater success with 1999's multi-platinum selling Enema of the State, which reached #9 on the Billboard 200 on the strength of the singles "What's My Age Again" and "All the Small Things", the latter of which became the highest-charting song of their career by reaching #6 on the Billboard Hot 100. Blink-182 gained popularity for their irreverent sense of humor, and the follow-up album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket (2001) reached #1 in the United States, Canada, and Germany. The eponymously-titled Blink-182 followed in 2003 and was a stylistic shift for the group, infusing experimental elements into their usual pop punk formula which resulted in a more mature sound.
DeLonge left Blink-182 in early 2005, sending the band into indefinite hiatus. He went on to form Angels & Airwaves while Hoppus and Barker formed +44. Hoppus also pursued a career as a television host while Barker continued working in music as a producer and solo artist. Blink-182 reunited in February 2009 and are currently recording a sixth studio album.

The fashion styles of these youths rarely conform to one particular style and are usually a mesh of many. Most young people gather on Jingu Bridge, which is a pedestrian bridge that connects Harajuku to the neighboring Meiji Shrine area.^[1]
Harajuku is also a fashion capital of the world, renowned for its unique street fashion.^[2] Harajuku street style is promoted in Japanese and international publications such as Kera, Tune, Gothic & Lolita Bible and Fruits. Many prominent designers and fashion ideas have sprung from Harajuku and incorporated themselves into other fashions throughout the world.
